 Where:
Start & Finish at Cavallini Middle School, 392 West Saddle River Road, Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, 07458.
Race-Day Schedule:
7:30 - 8:45 am    Check-in & registration
9:00 am              5K race begins

Awards ceremony follows last finisher

 Parking:
Parking at Cavallini will be limited but there is ample parking directly across the street at the Reynolds and Bogert elementary schools and behind Cavallini in Lion's Park, or on side streets off West Saddle River Rd.
Entry Fee:
Register before Race Day: $20
Register on Race Day $25
 Race Facts:
-Certifed 5k course makes one loop of the town center over paved roads.
-Digital clocks at 1m and 2m.
-One water station.
-Walkers welcome.
-Strollers ok.

Unique Awards:

Winged Foot Trophy to top 3 male and female finishers in the following age categories: 10-&-under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-and-over.

Trophy to top 5 immediate-family teams based on fastest 3 members' combined time. All members of the family competition must be pre-registered to participate in the team competition.

1st 1,500 entrants will receive a high quality long sleeve shirt. (Pictured at right)

In celebration of our 10th anniversary, the first 1,500 runners will also receive a DMMR winter hat. (Pictured below)

Amenities:
-The 2000 Dick Meighan run received the Gold Award for Special Events Programming from Bergen County Parks & Recreation.
-There will be a DJ and post-race refreshments.
-Coffee and bagels for spectators.
-Please come dressed to run.
-The school and indoor rest facilities will be open, but no showers.
-Sorry, no bikes, skates, razors or pets.
